REFUND POLICY


Indigo Wolf Industries PTY LTD - Refund Policy


Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn or unused, with tags attached. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


To initiate a return, please reach out to us at info@indigowolf.com.au. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept any returns without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues


Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make it right.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items


Certain items, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


To ensure a swift exchange, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.


Refunds


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
