REFUND & RETURN POLICY


Indigo Wolf Industries PTY LTD - Refund & Return Policy


Returns


Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unworn or unused, with tags still attached. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.


To start a return, contact us at info@indigowolf.com.au. Once approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item. Please note that returns require prior authorization and cannot be accepted without it.

Damages and Issues


Upon receiving your order, please examine the items thoroughly. Contact us promptly if you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items. We will evaluate the issue and correct it. Claims for production faults are accepted within 14 days.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items


Certain products, including custom and personalized items, are ineligible for return or refund. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a particular item. Regrettably, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.


Exchanges


For a prompt exchange, please follow the 'Returns' policy outlined above to send back the item. After your return is accepted, you can proceed with a new purchase for the desired item.


Refunds


Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take 5-10 business days to process and post the refund.
