Limiting names to a maximum of 14 letters (including spaces) is advisable. Exceeding this length requires adjusting the font size, which may make names appear smaller.

For high-quality embroidered nicknames, all letters must be in uppercase. However, for heat-pressed names, both uppercase and lowercase letters are permissible.

The approach varies depending on the job. For custom orders manufactured off-shore, we typically offer PP samples. We can provide sample embroidery logos or screen prints for local production for your review. PP samples are complimentary; you can evaluate them through photos or by inspecting the samples. Postal charges will apply for physical samples.

The remaining balance is required before the delivery date. We’ll notify you that your remaining balance is due approximately two weeks prior to your projected delivery date. Orders cannot be dispatched until 100% payment is received.

We kindly request a minimum deposit of 50% to initiate production on your order. Collecting payments can sometimes be time-consuming, so many customers opt to pay in full. This ensures that their garments are promptly delivered upon completion.

We gladly welcome payment in cash, cheque, or direct deposit.

As the fabric softens, it may stretch slightly while maintaining its shape and structure.

Fabric tends to undergo slight shrinkage naturally. A 5% shrinkage is generally considered normal. By following the washing instructions, you can prevent significant shrinkage.

Indigo Wolf offers a diverse collection of garments crafted from various fabrics and materials. To maintain their longevity, please follow the instructions attached to each item when caring for and washing them.

Delivery times for custom apparel vary depending on the type of customization:

- For local print or embroidery, expect a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks. 

- Sublimation orders typically take 4-6 weeks.

- College jackets and hoodies may require 8-10 weeks.

- Samples will be ready within 4 weeks.

Please note that these timelines start when the deposit is paid.

Please email us a comprehensive list of any faults you may encounter. To promptly address the issue, kindly provide the student's name, the garment's name as indicated on the tag, its size, and a detailed description of the problem. Along with the list, please include photos of the issue. Sometimes, we may request the item be returned to us for a closer assessment. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please ensure that the size you have received matches the size indicated on your order form. We will promptly replace your garments if you have received an incorrect size. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will resolve any sizing issues as efficiently as possible.

Please verify the spelling of your name as it appears on the order form you sent us. If it does not match, we will promptly replace your garment. If the mistake is on your part, we can still replace the item, but there will be a cost involved.

While we take all possible measures to prevent any issues, please note that our garments are handmade. In the rare event of an error, Indigo Wolf is committed to resolving the problem and, if necessary, replacing the garment. To address the concern, kindly provide photos of the garment as evidence. Sometimes, we may request that the garment be returned for further examination. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Indigo Wolf allows returns within 7 business days from receipt of goods. It is crucial to inspect all stock upon arrival and promptly report any issues. Please note that problems reported after this timeframe may not be considered manufacturing faults, as normal wear and tear may be a factor.
