At Indigo Wolf, we’re not just about premium custom sportswear, we’re about
the people who make it all happen. From sales strategy to social media, packing orders to processing designs, meet the powerhouse crew bringing your vision to life.

Nathan Sayers
Co-founder
With a background in Physical Education and five years in Melbourne's streetwear manufacturing scene, Nathan co-founded Indigo Wolf to create quality sportswear with a design edge. He studied a Bachelor of Physical Education and Diploma of Outdoor and Environmental education at Ballarat Uni (now FedUni), combining his teaching experience with garment manufacturing knowledge to focus on creating gear that performs. Equal parts strategist and product purist, he's the local guy with a global perspective, still raising his family on the Surf Coast and bringing his passion for high quality sportswear to thousands of schools and clubs across Australia. When he’s not in the office, he’s busy raising three active boys on one of their many outdoor adventures.

Damian MacRae
Co-founder
Damian studied a Bachelor of Education, PDHPE, at the University of Wollongong and built his early career teaching in schools across Australia and the UK before transitioning into HR and teacher recruitment. He teamed up with Nathan to build Indigo Wolf from the ground up, based on a shared frustration with cheap, uninspired uniforms. Today, Damo keeps the business sharp and purpose-driven, ensuring every piece of gear we deliver meets the same high bar we set from day one. He lives in Wollongong with his wife and their three kids, who are high-level athletes, and is a passionate Illawarra Hawks supporter!

Nathan Hill
Head of Sales & Business Development
If there’s a sport, “Hilly” has played it, coached it, or studied it. With qualifications in Sports Marketing, Sports Administration and Sports Management from Victoria University – and credentials as a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach – Nathan brings over 20 years of industry knowledge to the team.
He’s worked across product design, testing, and fulfilment, and is now focused on building long-term relationships and putting Indigo Wolf gear on more fields, courts, and podiums across Australia. Based in Ocean Grove with his wife and two kids, weekends are all about the surf, cycling, and basketball.

Mel Tierney
Customer Service & Warehouse Manager
Mel is the heartbeat of our Torquay HQ. With a diverse background that spans environmental management, ski rentals in the Rockies, and launching her own vintage kidswear label, she brings logistical smarts and serious hustle.
She studied Environmental Management at the University of Ballarat and was on the frontline during the 2009 Black Saturday Fires, earning the National Emergency Medal for her service. Today, she runs customer service and warehouse ops with precision and heart. Outside work, she’s a proud mum of three, a die-hard Pies supporter, and cheers loudest for Oscar Piastri in the F1.

Ally Scale
Marketing & Social Media Manager
Ally is the storyteller behind the brand. With a BA in Public Relations and a Masters in Writing and Literature (completed in Iceland, no less), she brings over 15 years of marketing experience from the international education sector.
She’s worked with Deakin, RMIT, the University of Sydney and The Gordon, and now shapes Indigo Wolf’s campaigns, content and voice. When she’s not deep in copy or concepting a reel, you’ll find her running after her two boys in Torquay or plotting her next book club pick.

Ray
VIC Customer Service & Order Processing Coordinator
Ray keeps our backend systems humming. With nearly a decade of experience in data and e-commerce – including roles with eBay and Amazon – he ensures every order flows smoothly.
Ray’s a proud dad of three, a former band member, and a Midwest Emo devotee who still plays music when he’s not riding motorbikes or working the farm.

Eric
NSW Customer Service & Order Processing Coordinator
Eric is the quiet operator keeping everything accurate, calm, and on time. With 12 years in manufacturing and another 8 in process improvement, he’s our systems guy with an engineer’s mind and an artist’s eye.
He ensures school and club orders from NSW and beyond stay on track, all while balancing a love for photography and badminton.
We’re People First, Always
At Indigo Wolf, we put our people first. Whether it’s your first design consultation or your twentieth repeat order, every part of the experience is powered by humans who care about quality, detail, and the communities we serve.
